In order for Family Promise of Lorain County to make a dent in the homeless situation, we need your help.
Office supplies, gift cards, backpacks and household necessities are a few of the items on our Wish List if you would like to make material donations. Contact the office for more details.
 Finances are very important and we appreciate every donation we receive. We encourage you to dig deep to help those who are experiencing hard times. However, financial donations are only part of the effective program.
Volunteer service is essential in every aspect of the Interfaith Hospitality Network program.
We NEED volunteers who:
- Enjoy cooking and serving meals
- Love playing with children and helping them with homework
- Are great at staying overnight with guest families
- Are skilled in providing specialized services, like resume writing or financial counseling
- Are good at just being there for children and their families, showing them compassion and respect, and sharing a sense of community
